Ravenswood Rambler - March 18, 2019
This year’s Spring Forward Benefit was the highest grossing and most well-attended FORS event ever!
Together, our community purchased more than 300 tickets, raised over $21,000 during the 15 minutes of the Auction for Education, sold out nearly all of our Experience Parties, Teacher Wishes and Silent Auction items, with a grand total grossing over $87,000!
Did you make a donation to the Auction for Education? Check here to see if your company will match your donation to FORS.
We’d love your feedback about the benefit - please come to the FORS meeting this Tuesday at 9am in the MPR to share your thoughts and ideas on this year’s event. If you can’t make it to the meeting, we’d love to hear from you at email@example.com.
Did you sign up for an Experience Party, but don’t remember the details? Click here for a Google Doc with all of the teacher and parent parties.

The girls 4th grade team advanced to the Elite 8 with an 8-7 victory over North Park. The 5th grade won their playoff game to get into the final four and then lost to Bell by one on a last second shot. While the 5th grade girls lost to the tough Blaine, 21-16. The 6th grade Girls beat Rogers Park Montessori to advance to the Final Four on Friday. Finally, the 6th grade boys roll onto a 34-28 win to grab a 6th seed in the playoffs.
